30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund - just include a photo when you email us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund promptly. In accordance with the US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we accept a cancellation we will credit your card within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
